The
City of Bothell is looking for Volunteers:

as advisory groups to the City Council. Positions are available on the Landmark
Preservation Board, Library Board, Lodging Tax Advisory Committee, Parks &
Recreation Board, Planning Commission and the Shorelines Board. The application
period for these positions is open now and closes at 5 pm on Friday,

Volunteers are being sought to help on Parr Creek, which runs
through the North Creek Business Park and North Creek Sportsfields. The City of
Bothell and its project partner, King Conservation District (KCD), will remove
invasive weeds and plant native species that will eventually grow to shade the
creek and provide cooler, cleaner water downstream to the Sammamish River.
Volunteers will help with this weeding and planting. If interested, please
contact Janet Geer, Surface Water Program Coordinator for the City of Bothell,
