Summer Events in the Bothell area:

 

Weekly on Fridays in July, 2012 -12:00PM-6:00PM -  the Bothell Farmers Market at Country Village. Find fresh flowers, organic fruits and vegetables, breads, honey, wine and loose leaf teas along with along with one of a kind handmade items made by local artisans.

Weekly on Friday night at Country Village- Drum Circle at Ottoman BellyDance! Bring any hand drum and join the fun!  Open to all ~$ 5

Beckstrom Cabin and Bothell's First School House are open on Sundays from 1-4 in The Park at Bothell Landing.

August 4, 2012 to August 5, 2012 10:00PM to 5:00PM at Country Village - Awesome August Kids Days  - kid friendly activities, vendors, food, demonstrations and fun! Clowns, pony rides, the train all day!  - make and take crafts all weekend, 

August 4, 2012 to August 5, 2012  Preschool Fair at Country Village Preschools from all around the Northshore area will be here to answer questions, interact with families and help find the right placements                                                                                                          

August 7, 2012, National Night Out-  Neighborhoods are encouraged to host gatherings to celebrate “National Night Out.” Bothell Police officers will be available to attend these gatherings and share crime prevention information. There is no police community gathering this year due to financial concerns.

Music at the Park – Concerts take place at North Creek Sportsfield #3 (11905 North Creek Parkway) from 6:30 to 8 pm.

August 26 -10:00 AM - 4:00 PM RiverFest Celebration at Pop Keeney Stadium Parking Lot!!  RiverFest is a celebration of Bothell's heritage with a variety of activities including: a car show, concert, family activities, City Show & Tell, Craft and Merchants Market and much more.  

September 11 - 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM on Main Street  Bothell's Annual Senior Day Celebration  Northshore Senior Center and the Greater Bothell Chamber of Commerce will honor our seniors. There will be give-a-ways, prizes, discounts, music and entertainment, historical tours and more!

 Sunday, September 23 2:00 pm George Winston at Northshore Performings Arts, the Bothell High School campus. See http://www.npacf.org/

July 12, 2012 6:00PM -9:00PM at Country Village - Ladies Night Out - Beach Party Participating shops will be hosting visitors with discounts, delicious treats, drawings and drastic amounts of fun!

July 21, 2012 -  11:00AM-4:00PM Wizard Fest 2012 at Country Village a day full of charms that you're sure to find just divining. Bring the kids for wand-making, wizards, music, and more.!

 

Saturday, July 28, 2012  - 2:00 PM What Are You Reading?: a Different Kind of Book Club  at the Bothell Library  - Discuss what you and others are reading. Come share and learn what others are reading too. Registration not required.

Bothell City Council

Tuesday, July 10 - The Council will hold a Public Hearing to consider raising business license fees – at 6pm at the Bothell Municipal Court building 

Wednesday, July 11, the Planning Commission will hold a continued Public Hearing on code amendments relating to daylighting Horse Creek. , starting at 7:00 pm at the Bothell Municipal Court building

The closing date for McMenamins to purchase the Anderson School and the pool has once again been extended.
